I got my paperwork in for a modification with the first payment on august 24th. I called a couple of times a week to check on it. Was told they had it and did not need anything else. Then suddenly on the 24th of Sept. I am told my modification has been declined because I did not provide satisfactory proof of income. I was stunned. Was told by Indymac yes we "dropped the ball" but to bad so sad we will not reopen the modification I have to resubmit, and start this months long process all over again! What can I do I am currently 4 months behind to the tune of almost $13,000. They started to foreclose on me last May when I thought they were working with me. They have blind sided me again. What can I do? They stonewall me when I call the modification department. They say there is no way to expedite it. They will not let me talk to a supervisor. |

They sent the proposal and it said they had to aprove it to submit the paperwork with the first payment which I did. Now I resubmitted it. I will keep calling them everyday. They refuse to let me speak to a supervisor. |
