Anybody have a contact person at Citifinancial? Another friend of mine got a letter of intent from them yesterday.

Just got off the phone with Citifinancial. They said that they are not offering loan mod's just payment plans. Like I'm gonna accept that answer. Any suggestions?

We are so glad to help, but you might want to get your friends up here for some advice too.....

They can learn and help themselves too.
