They are finally starting to acknowledge in the news what almost all of us knew on these forums; that despite the 'positive' notes in most news stories of the up swing in real estate activities, the truth is 14 year of negative equity await many of us and things are not close to being finished:

Thanks for posting that article, Aurora. It was very good. If we can only get more of the media to explain the mortgage mess accurately and unbiased, it would help our cause tremendously.
