Good news, we got the sheriff's sale scheduled for tomorrow on my friends house cancelled by Litton. They are now processing her application for modification. Our local Delaware paper is interviewing me and doing an article about this nightmare!!!! I am going to try to mention this forum, as a way to help people. It has certainly helped me,

You Go Girl.....get 'em where it hurts, have you contacted the State Banking Commissioner again? You really need to this was unnecessary from start to finish.

Meanwhile make the appropriate complaints with documentation to the FTC and HUD...you have to do that for others if not just for your friend.
