More than 30 days since NACA submitted

At what point should I start calling? Our file was submitted to our servicer on July 10th so we are past the 30 day point. Do I call NACA or America's Servicing Company? I know they tell you to wait 30 to 45 days.

I would suggest you call NACA right away for status and after that follow up with them at least once a week or so to see how things are going..
