They kept having me send them paper work but then would never hear any thing back. I've managed to stay current with my payment until July 1st. Since august 1st I'm now two payments behind. After I missed the first payment they called me and asked why I hadn't paid. I then explained that my income has been cut and that I had been telling them this for months. They had me send them check stubs and w2's and then about a month later I got an expense sheet in the mail to fill out. I filled that out and faxed that back also. It's been about three weeks. I keep calling the number that I have and it goes to a computer with different options and then I always end up over seas and they tell me I have the wrong number and send me back to the beginning of the computer. I have did every thing they ask and been struggling for months and I'm now at my wits end. Just looking for some advice as to what my next step should be? My loan is a 40 year loan with a first and second. ocwen being my first and wilshire my second. wilshire has called me and I informed them that I was working with ocwen. I looked through the forum to try and find different numbers to ocwen but didn't see any. Please if any of you have some advice I would greatly appreciate it!!!!!!!!! I also have tried finding email addresses or phone numbers for people higher up at ocwen but I can't find them on this site. Please help |

I went through them again with this lady but I kept telling her that this is all the same stuff I faxed to them like two months ago. off to work now so hopefully will hear some thing soon. thanks!! |

It's the one one my first that is making things difficult. I guess if I can get a little help with both of them then it would help. My house isn't even worth what my first mortgage is for so I don't know if this matters or not. I owe around 320,000 and the house is only worth 150,000. I want some thing long term so I'm not going through this again in a few years. I guess we will see.............. |
