Investor Mod declined by Litton loan servcing

Hello Everyone,

I had a mod declined by Littons investor, they said they are not doing mod for any of the client. and I was told the investor was Countrywide, and they are doing mods. Anyone that may have a good contact with Litton's Executive office or Corporate office?

Thanks

Dc

Hello there!!

Try, sean.wilson@littonloan.com or Litton Portfolio Retention 1-800-247-9727 ext. 7719

This is from BaileysDad, a member here:

You have two ways to get to Loss Mitigation. One is to dial 1-800-247-9727 and wait for them to ask for the extension and then put "7770". The other is to dial 713-247-9727 directly, but that costs money.
Once someone answers, ask if you are in the Executive Resolution Dept (at least until you get to know some of the names). The reason why to ask if you are in that dept is sometimes the ERT is very busy and they will route the call to another department. If that is the case, you will be speaking to some one other than that department and as you have found out, they can sometimes be not very helpful. The foreclosure dept. can be particularly unfeeling.
