My last full pmt on orginal loan (jan) has not been applied? I have tracking #.. Today I received statement for March pmt it shows I now owe 3mo. ? should I panic..? This has given me a 24/7 headache.. Please advise... STRESSED.. TO THE MAX .. I thought when I was given loan mod the nightmare would be over.... thx jules |

| Re: mod approved/chase not applying pmts? There is not much you can do on Saturday about this other than look on line and get frustrated....I would call first thing Monday morning and try to speak with the person that did the Modification and find out why the system has not caught up with your modification, posted and cashed the check for February or for that matter posted and/or cashed the January payment. This sounds like a system glitch and the old left hand does not know what the right hand is doing..... Do the checks show cleared in your checking account? |

If so, it is possible that the bill crossed in the mail with your payment - call tomorrow morning and see if you can get it straightened out - even better (as Poppy said) is for you to check to see if they cashed your check...thanks, Michael |

Nope not alone and not forgotten, check with the bank and see if the payments cleared, call the lovely folks at Chase and see if they are taking money these days.... If they are taking money, just where the heck did it go...inquiring minds want to know..... |
