I make sure that I document every time I call Litton---the date, who I spoke to, my questions, and what answers I received. Needless to say, if you speak to three different people, you will end up with three different answers. When phone calls to Litton fail to give me the answers I need, I compose an email and send it directly to llitton@littonloan.com. Include the loan number as well as a phone number that you can be contacted at. I've had to do this twice and I've received a return call from the executive resolution team within hours of sending the email. Maybe doing this will give your friend the answers that she's looking for. |
