I just wanted you to know that my story hit the front page of the
"Sun" 8-2-09 (Sunday) I am finally going to Civil court behind this mortgage of
mine.

To everyone who is at the end of their ropes, do not give up. My own battle has been long but it is worth putting these people who started this mess away.
Or put them out of business.

My fight is just beginning. Even though it has been going on for almost three years. Now that it is a civil case all the players who were and are still involed will have their day in court.
It is a long road just to have someone listen but I never gave up, not just for me, for the many who have lost their homes to greedy lenders who are still trying everything they can to make that last dollar.
The faces are the same but watch out for the names.

Hi farawayangel, who was your mortgage with? I'm relatively new to the forum, and just had our own day in court with Wells Fargo. It was for motion judgment, to which the judge did not grant it (yay!). But, now the war starts. I'm curious about your story. Can you tell it here? Or post a link to where you have told it already?? Thanks! And the very best to you and your civil suit!

it is with several people but no one knows who owns it now. Can not discuss now because of court filings. But my story is posted here way back in February of 2008. Best of luck to you
All this lender think they have won the battle by kicking people out of their homes with no remorse knowing they were wrong. But our war has just begun.
Many have already lost because of greed. I refuse to lay down and roll over.
