Also, I have called the bank and left messages to check on status of foreclosure and I get no replies. I am not willing to lose my home, I put my life savings into buying it and I feel that since the value has gone down so much, the bank should take some of the loss. Is my thinking way out in left field, or what? I've been denied a modification twice because of income deficit, but If anything, my income has increased in the 5 years that I've been here. There is just no way that I can make the payments when the loan adjusts in January. |

I have seen this before but never as much as $200... I would keep calling and talk to a manager/supervisor to see if they can possibly lower that amount.

SunTrust charged me $5.00 per document, but in my case it was worth it since I discovered altered documents. So, I think it was a good investment or we will see.
