Has anyone else done this, and if so, what was your expereince/outcome? I am trying to decide if I should go through the state or NACA. I have a loan that is $341K with $80K in fees and back payments/taxes to bring the balance to $420K. Home is worth approx. $275K (was appraised today) Original purchase price was $380K Interest rate is 9.675% ARM Term - 27 years left on a 30 yr. loan Servicer/Investor is ASC/Deutsche Bank Thanks, Andrea |
