First I just want to say I am so glad that this forum exists. Even though i haven't had complete success yet I really believe it is a God sent for all of us even just to know were not alone. That being said i have tried since feb to get loan mod I have been denied everytime. I was a
cw customer but had been aquired through Ameriquest now the servicer is B of A. They have told me every excuse under the sun we don't make enough we make 4100 a month but we do have five kids my husband income has been reduced by 7000 a year. My mortgage will start floating in nov and we are already two months behind I still was denied I was about to hire a loan modifier then i found this forum. Also my house has some equity alot less then it had but with all the lates i can't refi. Ok so I decided to email Barbara Desoer honest to god I had the stuff in my hand to fax to the loan modifier to begin money and all then the phone rang it was someone from her office i spoke with executive somebody her name is Jessica and she will give me a call in about two weeks she was real nice but i don't want to get my hopes up. It said cancels now it says active processing what does this mean and should i still take my phone appt with naca. I can't do anything else but think about this.Also they told me my investor is citibank and they don't do mods or MHA does anyone know if this is true. The best of luck to everyone on here.
