Litton loan servicer/ citi investor

I am still waiting for my investor approval and starting to get worried.. I call daily.. I have been on this roller coaster ride since end of September 2008.... I am getting scared bacause Litton said my packet went to Citi (my investor) on July 8th adm was told should be no more than 10-14 business days. I have had my foreclosure put on hold but what if it gets denied after all this time???? Any ideas...?? Has anyone had Litton for servicer and CITI as investor? Are Citi's guidelines strict?

Re: Litton loan servicer/ citi investor

Hi davadad,

Once your case is with the investor it usually takes at least a few weeks for them to come back with a final decision. From my experience if you have made it to the investor you have a pretty good chance of receiving a mod...
