Looking to Modify my Loan with CW(B of A)

I live in Las Vegas this is my owner occupied home. This is a Fannie Ma loan. I have a 6.85 interest rate and current on my payments. My credit is flawless. I want to modify my loan. My loan amount is 220,000 and the property is probably worth 140,000. Please tell me what process I should take from here???????
Thanks!!!

First of all you will need to write up a hardship letter and have it ready to send to the bank. You can find some examples here:

Examples of a Hardship Letter

You will also need to have all of you financial information together such as paystubs, bank statements, tax returns, etc. By the way who is your lender?

PS. I moved this thread out of the refinance section and into the loan modification section.
