Reputable Loan mod companies - Loan Modification Forum

Hello everyone!

I stumbled across this site last week and am hoping to get some info. Myhusband and I are considering doing a loan modification and want to know if there are any reputable companies out there. Has anyone had luck with any of the companies out there? We have a option ARM with Wachovia and we haven't had a hardship other than we just can't afford all of our bills anymore. With the loan going more negative every month and the value of the house at about half of what we owe we want to see what can be done.

I would say YES! Try a non-profit first like www.NACA.com or www.995hope.org 888-995-hope. If you cant get help there, you can try a lawyer ran firm in your state. Why don't you see if NACA can help and then report back to us your progress?
