What is next after the appraisal?

Yesterday, I got a call from Wells Fargo and I was told that, hopefully by next week they will have an answer for me.

Today, I called them to ask them if they had received some documents that I sent them and they also told me that they ordered the appraisal. So what is next? What does that mean do I have a chance?

Thanks

Yeah! Things are moving and they are not losing your paperwork. That is a great sign. But please don't celebrate yet. Just keep on top of them, hope for the best and plan for the worst is the only way to deal with this.

I am wish the best for you and keep us posted

Mandy-

I just got a call as well from wells fargo stating they were ordering a BPO and it will take 7-10 business days.

I will let you know when I hear anything more about this lovely process.

Best Wishes!

Re: What is next after the appraisal?

i had my appraisal 2 weeks ago. i just recieved a package in the mail with an "official" finanicial worksheet and hardship affidavit to fill out. i'm filling them out and attaching my letter and my own financial sheet to that. i'm going to fax it to them from work, and then mail it with all the tax forms. this paperwork gives me another 30-45 days...

Re: What is next after the appraisal?

Ok. I started with the process since Feb 09 and finally towards the end of June I called the executive offices. That was on a Friday. Jennifer asked me for updated information. I couldn't send it on Monday. On Tuesday, I got a FedEx letter in which she asked for more paperwork. I send it out. Last Saturday, I got a letter with a financial worksheet. I send it in on Monday along with my current check stubs and 2 bank statements. That same Monday, I got another letter, where I was told that I had to call Wells Fargo. Jennifer called me on Tuesday and she said that she had just ordered a BPO. I told her about the letters and she said that I should just ignore them. She also told me that she will try to have an answer by the 31st. I don't want to get too excited, but God will provide.

Best wishes to all and I also want to thank this website for helping everyone out. This website has really helped me and all of the threads have been very helpful. Let's continue to help each other and we will succeed.
