What are my option's and rights on a second mortgage that is going into default. My loan is with Green Tree, and have not seen anyone here dealing with them. I just want to know how does the loan mod work with a second mortgage.

Have you considered trying to settle this mortgage for maybe 10-20% of what is owed?
