Please help with GMAC loan modification - Loan Modification Forum

Hello, this is my 1st time posting in here, hopefully I have post the right place regarding my situation.

I had Homecoming financial as my mortgage but since Jul 1 they transfer to GMAC. I know they both under the same company. On apr, 2009 I had fill out the mod package and they denied me on last month Jun. Cuz our income was too low to mod. and the rep told me to resubmit the package if i do have some more income coming in. So I did last week, cuz finally I found a job.

My question is: I had been search the web regarding the mod forum most of the people saying that homecoming and gmac is hard to deal with. Is any body has success with this company also I had search the fannie and freddie web about the qualified loan mod, but my home is not under those program.

I'm still 2 months late on my payment.
I'm totally lost cuz don't know what to do to save my house. Anybody can give me some info.

Try NACA.com and apply if you want to save the home

Welcome to the Forum, read around there are many here in the same situation as you, read there story's and make a decesion on which route you wish to follow...Good Luck
