Dont Know What To Do - Loan Modification Forum

Hello im scared

i got a letter of default stating my home is in forecloser since March 26/ 2009 we are trying to get a loan mod with America's Servicing Co that is my first my second is with Citimortgage and I Found out that FreddieMac ownes my Mortgage .We have a Lanhs or HUD person that submitted the Paper work to both companies Well ASC asked for some more paper work so we faxed it to them and we called and they said they had tha package and the letters we faxed them so they said it would be 45 days before someone would get back to us and no one called well we called back on thursday and the guy told us our file was pushed back for 8 weeks and he gave us a womens name and she is supposed to call so now i dont know what to do i dont want to lose my home my kids love there home and i cant bare to see it taken away from them so if anyone knows anything please let me know Thank You sorry for such a long post.

Hi jennll1,

How is the modification going with ASC/CitiMortgage? Was the HUD counselor able to get them to work with you?
