My lender BankUnited sold my loan to another lender to GreenTree and FannieMae own my loan. So I call Greetree and the guy i dealt with wanted me to pay the current mortage of $1050 for april month plus an additional $500 for april and may to be 1 month behind. So im paying about $1650 for april and may but I turned in the required paperwork for the loan modification.I What question should I ask the next time i call the guy. I plan on calling him this week.
