kinetka federal credit union - Loan Modification Forum

My sister and I own many properties together, her home is with kinetka credit union. we have send a letter requesting a loan modification. but have not gotten any response. we send it cert and faxed. its been over a week. does anyone know if credit unions are different to deal with than regular lenders? the loan is very large and the payements have gotten unbearable. please advise, we simply asked if we could have the payement dropped to more reasonable rate and a certain amt put on the end of the loan for a year till we can sell some property. but no response

Does any one know about how federal credit unions work with mods? Foreclosure? The loan is very large in the millions
