Any advice or experiences dealing with Ditech?

I have a 2nd mortgage with Ditech that has an interest rate of 14.25% and the payment is $1009 a month. My husband lost his job last year and was out of work for 6 months. He is working now, but for about $8 less an hour. We are currently 2 month behind on the 2nd. We are ok on the 1st mortgage right now, just pay it alittle late each month. Has anyone else had any success working with Ditech on loan modification?

Isn't Ditect Gmac? I had success with Gmac on my 2nd mortgage. My rate used to be 11.75% now it is 5% fixed. My balance used to be $39K dropped to $34K by GMAC. They approved me because my first mortgage with Indymac was also approved for loan mod.

Cali...........

Some of the contacts that I gave you the original emails for when you first started your process are no longer there, and if they were I would post them myself as I had done for you.........
