its been 8 month now since i contact countrywide, i have send them hardship later and all income papers, i have bein calling them every month to find out when they will finish with me to mod or any thing else, they told me i need to wait,they will contact me soon they are done.its now almust 9 month that we did not pay any mortgage payment...they just call me today they want me to fax again my pay stubs...shuld i wait for them or shuld i contact a lawyer to negot my mod?
i have a nagtiv arm 4 payment option, that change every year on us....original they told us our payment will be fix for 5 years at $2109.88 amonth...now they want $4500.00 amonth, soo we stop pay now 9 month...my original mortgage was $611.000 and now its $650.000...
and my second mortgage is with bank of america at $193.000 that we stop pay now 8 month...we did not her any thing yet from bank of america....my house is value now at $438.000.
soo what can i do now?

my original mortgage was made by first magnus financial and the broker was Apex or Aapex wholesale mortgagw, i did google it up and find out the gov and hud and diffrent states was investiget first magnus financial from az and Apex or Aapex wholesale mortgagw from brandon fl....BY THE ORDER OF THE GOV AND BY DIFFRENT STATE THEY WAS ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST..the funy part is after 30 or 40 days countrywide buy my mortgage form them....
I AM LOOKING FOR VERY HONEST LAW FIRM THAT CAN LOOK AT MY LOAN PACKAGE, WITH NO UP FRONT FEES...BUT IF THEY WILL FIND THAT MY DUC ARE MISS REP OR MISS USE I WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM TO PAY FOR THIS FEES.

ALSO I DID SOME RESERCH MY SELF AND I THING I AM UNDER RESPA AND TILA AND ME AND MY WIFE GOT SCAM BY THEM....
