Once put in forclsure or default, our names go on accessable lists . Most of us receive mail by companies looking to take advantage of us with schemes and scams. Unfortunately, if in default or further along in the process, it becomes near immpossible to refinance the loan through another reputable company due to our credit scores and amounts owed on the loan, house value, etc.. The decision to modify a loan is up to the investor of the loan (most likely not Litton, they are the servisor) Have you contacted NACA?

He called me the day of the sale and told me that he had received the email from Larry and that the sale had been cancelled. he also told me that my file is being "held for review". i still am conducting all of my modification business through NACA because i still don't trust Litton Loan. Chris and i were disconnected in the middle of our conversation when i began to explain to him how difficult of a time i was having with the representatives over the phone. i called him back and left a voicemail to continue our conversation but i haven't heard from him again. i did however notify NACA of the conversation and sent them faxes of the information that Litton claims they never received the 5 times i faxed it to them. so right now i am continuing to pray and stand on my faith that i will receive the restructure /modification that NACA is suggesting. oh, also; the email address for Larry Litton Sr. has apparently been changed. when i sent my email i received a correspondence that said they would forward it to the appropriate address as intended, but they no longer use the C-BASS part. so have my "contact person" at Litton give me the new information to go along with littonloan.com. thanks again, and i will keep you posted. |
