Help - Loan Mod with Wells Fargo

Hi,

I am new here and I urgently need your help. I got 25% deduction in my income due to 1 week shutdown/month. I called and applied for a loan mod on Mar 3rd and April 1st they sent me a moratorium which is not helping much in my situation. I called and asked and they said loan mod is not possible due to deficit. They gave me a moratorium so I could either increase income or decrease the expenses. I then adjusted my budget, including paid off my car, dropped some expense like high speed internet/cable, reduced expense in food and other things to have some surplus. I then called the Wells Fargo Exe Team to reapply and reconsider and the gentlement on the phone said my loan is affordable because I have a surplus!

After tax and income reduction, I bring home about $4100. Mortgage payment is $2600 and total expense including the mortgage payment is $3600.

Please advise...

Thank you very much

H ipluu,

Welcome to the forum and thank you for joining..................

Are those figures your gross income and the payment on a first mortgage alone?
