Aurora Loan Modification

Can someone point me to the referenced Aurora Loan Modification forms? I am going to start my process today to see if I can get any help from these folks. I am not too optimistic after reading some of the post on this site but I have to try. I am also looking into the NACA option (I qualify). Should I go straight to NACA or should I try to go through Aurora first. Thanks in advance for your support and a pointer to the requested forms.

Tony

funky1,
glad you found the forum and posted. Above, you will find the link to their PDF format forms.

I would read over their forms, then make a decision as to whether or not you feel you need help from NACA.

Re: Aurora Loan Modification

*** -- I have an interest only/ARM loan from Fannie Mae which is serviced by Aurora. My ARM is scheduled to reset in Nov. of 2009. From some of the post I have researched I may of waited too long to get started but I am doing so now. I don't want to waste a bunch of time with ALS if the results are not going to be in my favor. My question is should I go ahead a start the process with NACA seeing that I qualify under their terms. Let me know if you need any additional information to help me with this question.

Aurora is working on getting the guidelines in place.............
here is the link to look the steps and see if you qualify........

Here is the link to look over the info for NACA..........the services for their Home Save modification are free............. but only you will be able to decide which route to take...........look over the info for both and see which may be best for you..............
