devnic13 Junior Member Join Date: Jan 2009 Posts: 4 Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0	GMAC First and second I spent two days writing a loan mod letter and then remembered this forum. We have GMAC 1st and 2nd mortgages and the second at 11% just kills us. Is it possible that if we state we can afford the first mortgage as is, that the second could be forgiven so we could afford our home?
