Hey guys,just found this forum and all I can say is thanks for all your input.I will be trying to get my load modification process rolling soon as I am on a 80/20 interest only I'm sorry to say.

Angel,

LoanSafe is a Do It Yourself free forum............we wouldn't have information regarding for profit modification companies on the forum.......most of these companies are scams........they get their information for mailers, calls, and emails from the public records and they prey on vulnerable people that are desperate for help, (especially when they have to use similar names to government agencies to trick you into think they are legit)..... If this is something that you feel that you are not able to do on your own............... and if this is the only property that you own..........you may want to look into using a HUD approved FREE counseling agency, such as NACA.............their services for their Home Save modification are FREE.........and they will help negotiate a modification with your investor through GMAC.
