When is it considered mortgage fraud???

I hear stories where people win cases in regards to where the lawyer was able to prove that the bank committed fraudulant. Fraudulant in which they approved a loan even though the buyer was never qualified.

So my questions are:
What are they looking for to prove fraudulant...is it the debt/income ratio? If it is then at what percent?
I went to a bank recently and its about 40 percent with good credit score. Anything higher will be denied.

Anything else they look for? Thanks

We don't really have that information on the forum.............
but the attorney that does the doc reviews offers a free consultation......you may be able to ask them this question and see....
