I hear stories where people win cases in regards to where the lawyer was able to prove that the bank committed fraudulant. Fraudulant in which they approved a loan even though the buyer was never qualified. So my questions are: What are they looking for to prove fraudulant...is it the debt/income ratio? If it is then at what percent? I went to a bank recently and its about 40 percent with good credit score. Anything higher will be denied. Anything else they look for? Thanks |
