I need to do a load motification as I am paying $4200.00 a month, single mom...

Hello,

I did prepare a letter to the mortgage company but they are not returning my call. I wanted to let you know that I orignally did a chapter 13 two years ago in which I am still paying.
The mortgage company has a letter from the lawyer to please motify my mortgage. But I need an email address because I have been switched all over the place.. I also have a company non-profit organization trying to make calls for me.. But I would like to get someone myself.

When you call in...........you may need to ask for the Bankruptcy Dept.............that may be where your file is at.

I Spoke to loss control banktrupcy department but I keep leaving messages.. It's getting frusterating already.

with the Chapter 13 still being in process..........because there is an automatic stay on the property through the bk preventing any debt collectors from contacting and speaking with you...........one of which the mortgage company is..............unfortunately, the bk dept. is the only dept. that would be able to help you with the workout.
The only other contact information we have here on the forum, other than the link directly to the Homecomings numbers, is to the loss mitigation dept. that I had posted above.

I finally got a person in Bankrupty /loss mitigation to help me out.. they are still in works on motifying my mortgage.
She is going to follow up and call me back. My lawyer created a letter to the judge to dis miss my case because they want to foreclosure my home.
