Faith - Did you ever get a number for Adam Herson?

Faith,

I saw on some of your old posts that you dealt with Adam Herson of Countrywide. He is now the manager of Loss Mitigation for BOA.

Just this week they basically shut down loss mitigation in PA (Rick Shults, James Pellegrino, Patricia Pikul, Alisha Crenshaw all have new positions and no longer handle short sales).

I found out through Randall Chestnut's office that Adam Herson is now the BOA Shortsale manager out of simi valley.

I'm in a pinch and need to talk to Adam. They did this re-org this week, and the short sale we have been working on for 5 months may fall apart.

Don't trust this guy so much. I thought that the letter he gave me stating no deficiency for 1st and 2nd mortgage and confirmed via email is good enough.

BA/CW now attached all mortgage loans to the checking, savings, 401k, ira, bonds, etc for all their customers who has accounts with them. Their purpose is unknown yet, but it's obvious reason is to take the missed payments from customers checking accounts and or freeze the account. They have done that to us, I have emailed the Pres of BA, Pres of US, Sen Boxer, Congressman Bob Filner, 10news and other media and no responsed except for 10news, they will investigage it to see if this is a story needs to be told.

I am preparing another letter again to be sent to Adam Herson or the Pres of BA via express mail, I just want them to remove that Mortgage 5013 attached to my credit card account. I have closed the checking accounts and transferred my acct to the credut union.

YOu need to email Adam Herson and copy all the CEO, Pres of BA which is barbara.j.desoer@bankofamerica.com, with Adam Herson, you have to email him three times a week and sent copy to everyone in the email list found in this thread:

He will respond to you once you email and especially if you send your email to the Pres of BA and other executives you find in the email lists. He hates it when I sent him email with a copy to the office of the president and other executives and that is the trick that works for him.

Thank you Faith. We hope to close Monday. Will let you know how it goes. I was able to get the SS closing extension granted through the new loss mit analyst who was very fast in getting approval from FHLMC.

I too have been in touch with Adam Herson, and spoke to him two weeks ago. He is the supervisor for the Level 2 negotiator I am working with. But he has not responded to any of my emails or voicemails. Here is the contact information from his email signature line:

I got an email back from him recently. He was very helpful in getting my case assigned to an escalation rep. They shipped all of the BOA loss mit work from PA to CA early last week and I had no idea who was handling our case. If I did not get an extension granted the short sale would have gone down the tubes in the following 24-48 hours. Randall Chestnut's administrative assistant in PA, felt sorry for me and did the leg work to find Adam. I think because the request came out of Randall's office he got it assigned to someone very fast. Luckily the loss mit analyst it got assigned to was amazingly fast due to the circumstances. We had been waiting for over 2 weeks for the extension to close approval out of the PA office and our new analyst was able to get the approval from FHLMC, send me the approval addendum to the original short sale approval letter, and approve the HUD1 for closing in about 3 hours. We closed yesterday afternoon.

I talked to the chairmans office of B of A so sent me back to a William Maes out in Arizona to deal with my short sale approval that wouldnt remove the deficiency or add a paid in full language on my recourse loan 1st and 2nd with B of A previously countrywide.

It looks like adams email adress has been changed I tried adam.herson and adam_herson with no sucess both emails came back does anyone have recent cofirmation that one of these email address work for Adam?
