VA loan and SS, anyone familiar?? - Loan Modification Forum

We have a VA loan and are attempting a SS. We only have one mortgage, and the VA actually told us if Wells would not consider any option but FC, the VA would allow us to deed the home back to them. Has anyone heard of this or had experience with a VA loan?

unfortunately, I dont think there are many here with a va loan, you can try doing a search, the process will probably be the same as with any other insured loan.
