...Just got a letter that my 1st will be moving from National City to Green Tree. Green Tree already services the 2nd....both non-recourse loans.

...we are current on both, but thinking of a short sale or walking away.

...Is this a good thing?

Greentree is participating in the hamp program, good luck with the negotiations, on thing i can say is their reps are the rudest and dryest most non-sympathetic people.

Hello,

My loan will also go to Green Tree as of Nov 2.
I am in the middle of doing a short sale with a third party vendor National City hired called Loan Resolution Group.

I am concerned
