Wells Fargo Short sale issues

Hello Everyone,

Well got P****d off today after getting an email via realtor saying WF were giving buyer less than 24hours to respnd to their counter. Like they thnk everyone is waiting with baited breath for their call. sent an email saying that I didn't think they were negotiating in good faith and that the realtor and I had tried everything we could on this rental property with no responses. I asked how they could consider less than 24hrs adequette time. I cc'd the email to everyone on the lst that was on this site and withing 1.5 hours I had 2 calls. One sad Freddie mac owned the loan and they had guidelnes. the other said hey would look into it all .

will see what they say.

TC

There must be some mistake on their part. I have never heard of anyone only having 24 hours to counter their offer. That is completely unrealistic.

Good luck and keep us posted!

your realtor just needs to call the negotiator. they usually list x number of days in their approval letter with closing instructions. make sure someone actually gets the negotiator on the phone. ask for a supervisor if you get the run around.
