Can I have a couple of people tell me how much their credit was affected by a charge off showing on their credit report after a short sale? This would be a forgiven debt with a $0 balance. I am trying to find out what the impact is. Thank you.

Many times a short sale can affect your credit about 100-200 points. But it will very case by case..
