Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Robin Howard negotiater from B Of A My short sale is approved in the B OF A system but robin howard is the senior negotiater assigned to my file and keeps saying the approval letter is coming and it never comes. My attorney has emailed her supervisor, and that persons supervisor and we are not getting anywhere. My buyer wants to close by the end of aug beginning of september. We have the approval letter from the 2nd lender PNC. The total loan balance is 299 for the first. PNC for the 2nd owe 35K. Pnc approval letter they are getting 6,500.00. B Of A getting 251.636. Offer on home 285,000. Has anyone ever dealt with this person as a negotiater and can tell me what needs to be done to get the approval in writing since it's alreday in the system. |

I would suggest you keep calling in and speak with other reps and managers to get the answer your looking for. If the approval letter is complete there is no reason as to why you haven't recieved it yet..
