I want to know what are the costs associated with doing short sale as a seller.Do I still need to keep paying homeowners hazard insurance, HOA dues, etc? I thought about changing my homeowners insurance policy to a renters policy. I appreciate any thoughts and advise and if you can share any existing links discussing about this matter... thanks in advance...
