Short Sale and/or NACA - Loan Modification Forum

Basically, I'd like to put my house up for a short sale while trying simulatneously save it with NACA. Will Countyrwide allow this or will they make me choose? Thanks.

that would be a catch 22................if you want to save it and stay in it...........go through the process with NACA.

Not really optimistic about saving it but wanted to see if it was possible (who knows what offer they may come out with?) But realistically, I would think a short sale is the more likely scenerio for us (I think) since the interest rate would have to be cut in half or more for it to happen. Thanks.
