Thank you JacMac.....the Secretary of State can only delist them when they do not pay their corporate filing fees, the State Attorney General can prosecute them when they are "naughty". Your State Attorney General is presently bringing criminal charges against a whole bunch of the "naughty" folks, he is rather perturbed. PA is aggressively looking at that issues as are some of the New England states, however the New England states have their hands tied by the state statutes and the ability to bring criminal charges and are filtering the data to the New York Attorney General for him to follow through with. They are finding their "teeth", finally. Day late and dollar short...but I guess better late than never.

It will not necessarily be the complaints...it will be the hard data provided by the borrower reflecting the issues of fraud, non-disclosure, etc...in other words the blatant disregard for the regs and statutes on the books that were ignored and in most cases run over by the greedy individuals that took advantage of the borrower and the system.

I would truly like to see the Perp walk led by you know who......

I'm thinking the more who complain, the more this will be put on the radar.
Otherwise, what's to stop them from ignoring the problem as they have been for so many years ?

After all this has escalated over time, I think, without intervention or penalty and with silent permission by the government.

I agree I feel that the more complaints there are the more it will get the ball rolling. If you don't complain the less people are going to know about anything.
