Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Just got in the mail I can't believe this - I just got in the mail a letter from FL department of revenue stating that my doc stamp fees were never paid from the closing in 9/05. Of course my paperwork says they were collected. After reading through this site all weekend - I looked over my loan papers and also discovered that when I closed - they paid off my husbands mortgage - and also paid a judgement that I had against me (old landlord issue) however I KNOW for a fact that the money was never sent there either. It is still on my credit report, until I reviewed my papers today - I didn't even know it was listed as something they were paying. I also have an over stated income. The uniform residental loan app has different fee amounts then the truth in leading statement - and they both have different amounts then the "borrowers acknowlegement of final terms - and all three are different from HUD statement. NONE Of them match another. My borrower authorization disbursement paper says I paid fees and escrow of 11,200, and my HUD says I paid fees and escrow of 12,700. Again I have no papers that I actually signed here - and have 2 different Uniform residential loan apps - both have same over inflated income - but one says I have 500K in assets and the other says 265K. Wow- I guess I should probably request this QWR thing from the mortgage broker (if he is still around) and the title company who closed the loan and the mortgage company?? Jena |
