Multiple Lender 80/20

Refinanced my home Oct 2005 with 1st & 2nd the 1st mort. did not give me a right t0 cancel at the time of closing. I excercised my right to cancel on March 4th 2006 they received it(have mail receipts) since these loans were sinultaneous does this eliminate the entire transaction we are still in lidigation nobody knows what to do???
