Ocwen loan "dis-servicing" !!!

WE filed our papers in INDIA(sure wish i could could speak Indian... then i could have really told them ,WHAT THEY COULD DO!!!!),thats where your call goes when ever you call OCWEN. We did as they instructed,sent(faxed $17.00(wasted$)) in the required paperwork for a loan MODIFICATION. I finally was told that our agreement was approved 4 days before the AUCTION, (AND heres the legal grey area that they used on us...that left us without any chance to stop the auction/sale) the Agreement was to be E-mailed to us and we were told we should be receiving it shortly ,I kept checking my e-mail concistantly, and calling to their call center(which i was told by the customer serv. agent.."is a 60,000 sq. ft. TENT. because they aparentlly only have 1 TELEPHONE (line) there and it's probably a Telephone Booth.) I never heard back from the Department handling the Application untill 2 HOURS AFTER THE BANK TOOK OUR HOUSE AWAY . Hell we only had it for 11 YEARS. After Speaking with a attorney(after the Fact) I was informed that there are NO REGULATIONS that LOAN SERVICING has to follow when the clock is ticking. when it comes to sending you Loan Modification Agreement to sign. I wonder if they do it to be able to write it off on there taxes as a loss. OUR leaders of America and the big financial corporations are either BEDFELLOWS or they have worked hand in hand to allow your money to be stolen. Not to worry... they only needed $ 7 0 0, 0 0 0, 0 0 0, 0 0 0 .00 to help the crooks stay in bussiness. To be payed with future tax dollars, only after we pay the TRILLIONS owed first to China and other countries.

I sit here and read the forum and feel sick! It's not fair we are all good people and just want to keep our homes.

I was lucky to get a 3 year loan mod with Ocwen, but before I know it the 3 years will be up. I contacted the State's Attorney's Office in Chicago to see if they can help me get a 30 year fixed mortgage. I would really like to see the SAO go after lender! We have never been late on one payment, but the rate was do to reset, so I contacted Ocwen 4 months before the rate increase. We where very luck. We can't get refi'd becasue the house is worth less then what we paid for. We have gone through everything we had in savings...my husband no loner works, he needs a heart transplant...so money is next to none right right now. I work full-time, so my check is holding us together. I also start a part-time job this Staurday...it's only seasonal...but that will get us through the holidays. I am hoping they will keep me on..we need the money.

I am so very sorry that homes are being lost...it's not fair!
