| Questions about predatory lending
From what am I reading, although the broker/agent/whomever, inflated income, because we signed the paperwork, we have no recourse. Am I understanding this correctly. My husband had his income inflated by double and we did not notice it until we were/are in foreclosure, which is 2 years later.
Why don't we have any recourse. If we understood all these documents, we would not have hired anyone to help us.
