Does This Qualify for Fraud or Predatory Lending???

I was served foreclosure papers by a company called WM Specialty Mortgage LLC on March 29. I had refinanced in 2005 with Ameriquest/AMC I received a letter last August that my loan would be with Citi Residential Lending. I was working with them, on a loan modification and had spoken with them on March 19,2008. According to the Foreclosore complaint on March 19 Ameriquest sold my loan to this company, nine days later they foreclosed. I never received any notice that the loan was still with Ameriquest, or that it had been sold. Am I wrong, I thought you were supposed to receive notice if the company sold your loan. I can not find out who this company is. Does anyone have any information on this company? I am still dealing with Citi Residential about my loan. I thought when Ameriquest/AMC was sued and lost they sold everything and went out of business. Can anyone assist me with this problem. Thanks for any help.

there should be contact information on the paper..........This company is a WAMU affiliate........you might be able to call them to get contact info......

Thanks for the information. There is no contact number on any paperwork. Until I read your answer, I did not know it was a WAMU affiliate. I will try your number and see if I can contact someone. After this experience those out there who believe as I did, their mortgage is with Citi Residential should check.
