Exclamation Owen Kozlovich - Forensic Loan Documents

Does anyone know anything about Forensic Loan Document examination?
There's a consultant in Connecticutt (Owen Kozlovich) who claims to have a 100% success rate to date, finding Loan Document violations and using that for successful Loan Modifications.

URGENT - please advise if anyone out there has heard of Owen or worked with him.

Also, has anyone worked with American Foreclosure Specialists?

I looked up his name on google and it did not look to good. Is he an attorney? If there is no attorney involved than a forensic loan audit is worthless..

Yeah and a 100% success rate is complete BS and lies. I would run as fast as you can from this guy if I were you. I have also had bogus reports made about me on this website so take it for what its worth.

But I agree with my Evan. Looks like he is just some broker.

Thanks for your reply. I own close to a dozen properties and found your site about a month ago. It's been helpful for me, morale wise, knowing I'm not alone in this mess. On the other hand, it's been VERY difficult to look for information as there are so many threads....

In one of Moe's article talking about you guys doing Loan Audits and to click on the link, it just brought me to your other website.

I'm in DESPERATE need of someone credible doing Forensic Loan Audit on my on docs as a last resort to prevent foreclosure. Frankly, I don't care about the property - but the property is in Hawaii, which collects on deficiencies. BofA has turned down our GREAT short sale cash offer of $140k on a property erroneously appraised by a non-licensed appraiser (you know, by a realtor that does BPO's) for $175 based on my neighbor unit that recently sold. Her unit was FULLY REMODELED - mine is just a shell in original condition with very old appliances and cabinets. Loan Amount $251,250. I applied for DIL (3-4 weeks ago) once the SS was denied for the 2nd time and they just turned me down this week, citing too little time to Foreclosure sale date of 11/24/09... and besides, I didn't qualify anyway... but won't give reason. I then wrote to BofA president per the forum's info. and got call the next day... they're 'elevating it to VIP department' and I should hear back from someone. At the meantime, when I put in request for DIL, I also completed Genworth mortgage insurance workout package - they just assigned an agent this week.

But I don't want to count on BofA VIP or Genworth workout department and feel I need to take this case into my own hands now... with so few days left. Forensic Loan Audit seems like my best option to force them into Loan Mod.

CAN YOU DO IT OR REFER ME TO SOMEONE CREDIBLE WHO CAN DO IT?
I live in San Diego and my parents are in your neck of the woods... Murrieta so I can go up there too. THANKS!!!
