I only turned here for advice. We were not educated in the mortgage process
and turned to a licensed agent for assistance.

I was hoping my issue was not so complicated I assure you, we complied with every document they asked for. Perhaps another person's advice caused insult. I apologize for bringing another view into the thread.

Nothing caused insult the problem is that the thread is best closed so that there is not the addition of other rather less than appropriate observations, we do have visitors here from time to time that need to be removed and their observations are not all that polite. I do not want to expose you to those sorts of rather mean spirited observations.

We have had some real impolite folks here off and on and recently more than our share of their less than welcome responses to sensitive issues.

Please, please get help on this one, no one deserves to go through the grist mill on these loans, they are awful in their origination and methodology, they are toxic on all levels and if you can refi out of this one, all the better.

It may be a blessing in disguise.

Your thread is very much welcomed on this site. That topic has never really been discussed on here. And Poppy was the right individual to answer it. Please keep us updated on your situation and I would seriously obtain legal advice on this topic.
