We must write letters and email TODAY! |

Dear_____________ I learned that your organization is having a task force meeting on Tue 25 Sep 07 ASF Loan Modification Task Force Call, 3PM 9/25/07 It is urgent that your organization be the voice for homeowners like myself. I urgently ask for loan modifications by lenders and loan servicers like Countrywide, especially Countrywide who made the most number of pay option ARMs that are reseting and strangling homeowners. It is in the best interest of the securities holders to make lenders allow for modifications on these ARM loans NOW, for people who are in default, are about to default, or were trapped into a predatory loan by a broker who was more motivated by their kickback by the lender and got people into loans they could not afford. If we do not modify these loans, they will be worth nothing to the security holders, homeowners will be out on the streets, the mood of the country will be depressed and the economy will fail. As a homeowner in a very bad loan misrepresented by my broker, serviced by Countrywide, I URGE YOUR organization to FORCE LENDERS TO MODIFY before we are upside down in this negative amortization loan. Please do it before it is too late!!!! Thank you, Sincerely, YOUR NAME |

I will definetly write my letter and inform them of Asc as my servicer. The more mortgage servicers are mentioned the better chances of having all lenders and services to finally modify all arm loans. I see a time is mentioned on the conference call for today but where? |
