Re: Interesting Case out of NY

New York thanks to Andrew Cuomo the State Attorney General and the fellow before him has taken an aggressive position on these cases, and rightfully so. Cuomo has also taken a position, on possible if not having already filed Criminal charges, on a variety of the bad players in this debacle, taking up the bank wagon for MA and CT as they are unable to file Criminally under the state statutes of their states. These players are but not limited to the Wall Street Boyz, Due Diligence Firms, Investors......it will be interesting and a drawn out affair.......very interesting.....they are the State that took on the Insurance Companies and their very poor practices and won....and won again and made them pay the price....

Now it is time for some of the other states to join the band wagon....California, Florida, Ohio, etc.....

There is now a Western PA commission set up for just these issues by the State Attorney General of PA, due to the egregious predatory lending issues in that area of PA, well abuts Ohio, go figure. The State Attorney General of PA is also cut of the same cloth as Coumo in New York, twill be interesting to see how these fellows handle the overall situation and bring these folks to task.

It is incumbent on the Civil Court System to also start acting as this one has to hold the LENDER responsible for the bad actions of the BROKER and that they be held accountable in all manner allowed under the statutes and spirit of the law.

Gotta love this judge and their court...... kuddos to him or her.....

I have been saying this since early 2004....to the damn investors buying these toxic pieces of ..... (fill in blank). They still bought them, caveats and all. WMC was a stellar example of these practices.....Morgan Stanley bought everything they could produce.....caveats and all. So who should in the long run be responsible.....Morgan made the Market.....provided the channel.....

They were predatory and as such the creep up the line to the end investor will and should occur to hold all parties responsible for the origination and fabrications that occurred in these horrible credit decisions supported by falsehood, basically a huge Criminal Enterprise....

Yes criminal enterprises. In my investigations of those companies involved in my securitized loan, they are foreign companies, not registered with the state of FL so you know they are evading taxes. Furthermore, you all might think I am nuts but it is my belief this is a ploy (possible terroist connections) to bring down the American Economy. And if I was smart enough, and I am sure there is someone out there that knows how to do this, I'd do a corporate geneology because a lot of these companies, are all one and the same I believe. For example, Barclays Capital d/b/a homeq servicing who is also Asset Backed Securities and on and on. Oh it gets quite interesting if you bother to do some research. I have found lots of dirt while fighting my foreclosure and I will fight tooth and nail not to get sued by someone who "claims" to hold my note and mortgage. Yes, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company is STEALING houses EVERYDAY they can. Look into them---foreign Corp---they funded the Auschwitz. They could care less about anyone but their own greed. I hope the FBI gets those mf's good!
