I can't emphasize how passionate I feel about this.

I told the story here I think of how a celebrity's Mom died when a crack-pot Plastic Surgeon botched her tummy tuck operation. After she died, many people came forward who had been victimized by him and it was found out that he didn't have a lisence.

If all of those people had come forward, that woman would not have died.

It is really true that we affect the lives of others that we come in contact with, and sometimes those we've never even seen.

I receive a Certified Letter, signed receipt requested from the HUD Department today in response to the complaint I filed against Island Equity Mortage. They gave me 5 days to return the signed complaint and will forward it to the Mortgage Brokers for their response -- they're taking my complaint that seriously. Just the fact that they MUST RESPOND is something because it forces them to be accountable.

And I plan on making them respond to many governmental agencies. They would never have given me copies of my loan docs if not for my complaint to the New York Banking Department against them, and in doing so, because they were so afraid of being fined or worst, they created (I'm 100% certain) some fraudulant documents to match their story.

When I sent my QWR to Countrywide and got the copies of the docs THEY submitted to them, well guess what?

Some of them don't match up!

Countrywide's GFE supposedly from them is unsigned, but their version is.

Countrywide's doc has one kind of signature, their copy doesn't.

The S in my name is signed distinctively different in certain cases and curiously exactly the same over and over in others.

They've got an application submitted by phone but it's signed -- weeks before closing. Not a faxed signature, either 'cause they'll not be able to provide fax confirmation.

So I say let them run around and try to respond to the number of complaints I've filed against and then sooner or later they'll trip themselves up.

But meanwhile it makes it a lot harder for them to defraud anyone else (or at least I hope think twice about it.)

Let me say this, WOW. I am proud of you!

Sabine is proof of what someone can uncover when the look beneath the hood of their loan. I commend you for standing up and I hope that you become a voice for the thousands of victimized homeowners who are afraid to stand up and let their voices be heard because they are intimidated by the critics, media and court of public opinion.

All I know is that I am leading the cause against this same jury that judges from the sidelines and cast stones with their premature verdicts. They say you have a stick in your eye as they see with a log in theres.

This has been happening since the dawn of time. It is just playing itself out in the real estate market and a little too close to "HOME" if you know what I am saying here.

This is real. This isn't black helicopters, area 51 and Elvis lives stuff.

This is R-E-A-L-I-T-Y!
